Manchester United have completed the signing of teenage midfielder Emmanuel Ziro from Cre8tive Football Academy, according to Rising Ballers.
Manchester United Youth, a reputable source for youth football transfer news regarding the Red Devils, reported last month that the Old Trafford club had pipped Chelsea and Arsenal to the services of the teenage sensation, and it has now been confirmed.
14-year-old Ziro caught the attention of Man United, the Gunners, the Blues and other Premier League clubs after impressing for the London-based academy in matches against academy sides of English top-flight clubs, and he has now been offered schoolboy terms with the Red Devils.
Ziro has been described as ‘exceptional’ due to his ability to keep and hold on to the ball under pressure, with his brilliance in one-on-one situations another quality that caught the eyes of Man United and others.
He is also an excellent passer of the ball, and it appears the Red Devils are convinced he has what it takes to become a Premier League star going forward.
They have one of the best academy sides in the world, and Ziro can fulfill his huge potential at the club.
Man United have proven their willingness to give youngsters the chance to impress and play with the first-team if they are good enough, with former manager Erik ten Hag doing so with the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo.
New boss Ruben Amorim has followed suit, with 16-year-old academy defender Godwill Kukonki now a regular part of training and matchday travelling squads, and the Portuguese will not hesitate to throw teenagers into action if they show they are good enough.
