Andy Hinchcliffe was blown away by Jarrod Bowen after he scored the winner for West Ham in their 2-1 victory over Wolves on Monday.
Bowen was the matchwinner and standout performer as the Irons secured three points against Wolves at the London Stadium on 9 December alleviating pressure on Julen Lopetegui.
With both managers under serious pressure heading into the clash, the importance of a win was amplified for Lopetegui who will have released a sigh of relief at the win.
Hinchcliffe, speaking on Sky Sports’ coverage of the game (9 December, 9:33 pm) labelled the winning goal as typical Bowen.
“He picks the bottom corner brilliantly,” he said.

The importance of a win for Lopetegui cannot be underestimated who will undoubtedly keep his job and he certainly has Bowen to thank.
Bowen assisted the opener while showing a remarkable amount of quality to score the winner, finding the bottom corner with an exquisite finish.
Perhaps the Hammers were fortunate to come away with three points after Wolves were denied a penalty on more than one occasion.
Nonetheless, the win is huge for the Spaniard, but perhaps less so for the bigger picture at West Ham and their supporters.

A moment of quality won them the game in an encounter in which they once again looked somewhat confused about their game plan and if Lopetegui is to remain in charge that needs to change.
Some supporters still expressed their concerns over his ability to lead their side despite the win.
