Kevin Thelwell set for review at Everton
It’s been claimed that Thelwell and Dyche are both set for reviews at Everton, as the Friedkin Group look to assess the situation at the club and make any changes accordingly.
He’s set to be out of contract in the summer and there have been a number of new names linked.
Lina Souloukou was linked with a move to Goodison Park after her role at AS Roma, whilst Dane Murphy is also being eyed as a general consultant for the Friedkin Group.
It remains to be seen as to who will end up at Everton, but Ashworth’s availability may just make the Friedkin Group re-think any plans they had about a new CEO.
Jim Ratcliffe even hailed Ashworth as one of the best in the world (as per Athletic).
He said he is “clearly one of the top sporting directors in the world”, ranking him “10 out of 10”.
