Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka has reportedly agreed terms on a transfer to AC Milan, after Blues boss Enzo Maresca recently gave the green light for the star to leave the club in the next transfer window.
The midfielder has endured an injury-laden time at CHELSEA since signing from Aston Villa, and has really struggled for game time this season, getting the odd appearance here and there as he is not part of the Blues long-term plans.

Milan are in pole position for this deal as the player has already said yes to making the move to the San Siro, according to Calciomercato. And the report adds that Terms have already been agreed, but a deal is not done yet.
