If you invested in Bitcoin some time ago, it might be worth checking your wallet.
While memecoins have come and gone, Bitcoin continues to grow in value and has now begun to break into the mainstream when it comes to gift giving at Christmas.
Censuswide's recent survey revealed that almost a third of Brits would consider buying Bitcoin or a cryptocurrency for a loved one this Christmas, with people in London, the West Midlands and the North East most likely to exchange crypto as gifts - with 60% considering it.

"Bitcoin breaking through the $100,000 mark is a huge moment for the crypto world. It cements Bitcoin's place as a serious investment, comparable to gold or other precious assets," YAP Global's CEO and founder Samantha Yap explained.
"This digital currency, not controlled by any government or central authority, started as a way for people to send money directly to each other. Now, it's a key player in global finance."
