Kyle Walker's son is "starting to understand" the situation and keeps asking a heartbreaking question, his mum, Lauryn Goodman, has claimed.
The 33-year-old influencer recently opened up about enjoying Christmas with the two children she shares with Manchester City star Walker.
It comes after a highly publicised scandal involving Walker, Lauryn, and his former wife, Annie Kilner, who filed for divorce following the revelation that Kyle had fathered a second child with Lauryn.
Walker, who has four children with Annie, also shares Kairo, 4, and Kinara, 1, with Celebs Go Dating star Lauryn. She gave birth to Kinara in August 2023 and later told Annie who the father was while Annie herself was pregnant with his fourth child.
Lauryn took her ex to court earlier this year demanding financial packages from the footballer for her family – a case she ultimately lost.

But now, speaking to Closer magazine, Lauryn remains "hopeful" that Walker will "come back to them". She said: "I'm hopeful their dad will come back to them and continue to build his relationship with them.
"I hope for Kyle's sake it's sooner rather than later because Kairo is starting to understand now. He asks for his daddy and he's starting to realise that maybe it's his choice (not to be around).
"I always say that Daddy is busy playing football, but he's not believing my excuses anymore."
Annie was married to Walker for two years, but it was reported earlier in 2024 that she would be taking "some time away" from him. It was thought that they were on better terms, with Walker reportedly moving back in.

However, Annie was seen not wearing her wedding ring and made no mention of her husband in a post referring to the summer. It was later reported that she had served him with divorce papers.
A source told MailOnline: "She is divorcing Kyle because she just can't forgive him for what he's done to her. She can't get over it. She has tried."
Speaking to the Sun, a source previously said that Walker was "stunned" when he received the papers and they were "discussing the next steps", but this "doesn't necessarily mean they will divorce".
In Celebs Go Dating, Lauryn recounted how she initially became pregnant by Walker while he was separated from Annie in 2019. Kyle patched things up with his wife and they then got married, but Lauryn gave birth to his second child.
In September, Lauryn shared a message purportedly sent to Annie to tell her that Kyle was the father of her second child, with the news reportedly devastating Annie.
