Town Women to face WSL giants in FA Cup if they beat Bournemouth

Ipswich Town Women will travel to Women Super League giants Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round if they beat AFC Bournemouth.

The Blues and Cherries were due to meet yesterday but the match was rescheduled due to the weather.

If Town win the rescheduled game on Sunday at the Martello Ground in Felixstowe, they will travel to take on City, who are currently second in the WSL.

It’s the first time the two sides will have met since Town suffered a 10-0 away loss to City in the FA Cup fifth round in February 2020.

The fourth round tie will be over the weekend of January 11 and 12 - the fixtures are as follows:
