One player who many Chelsea fans have already forgotten about and have assumed that they have seen the last of, wants to return at the end of the season.
According to reports, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has a desire to return to Chelsea at the end of his loan spell with Bournemouth this season.
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea exploring new goalkeepers and centre backs – BIG names REVEALED!!!
Kepa had a bit of a torrid time at Chelsea, never really being able to nail down a regular spot as Blues number one, coming in and out of the team and never really having the full faith of many managers or the Chelsea fan base.
Most Blues were very keen to see him leave the club again this summer, albeit only on loan, after a loan spell with Real Madrid before that. In fact, I think most Chelsea fans were hoping that Real Madrid were going to sign him permanently, and he was hoping that as well. But that never came to fruition and he’s gone out on loan again this season in the Premier League instead.
Surely Chelsea will be selling him?
Kepa wants Chelsea return apparently
I think Chelsea will want to move Kepa on permanently come the end of the season, surely? But it sounds like he might have other plans, if the latest report from Marca is to be believed.
The report claims Bournemouth could still want to buy Kepa permanently, but his desire, for now, is to return to Chelsea, where he has a contract until 2026.
I honestly don’t have any clue why he would want to come back to Chelsea after he was literally twerking for Real Madrid last season and talking down on Chelsea. I’m not sure that I believe this report. Chelsea will certainly try and sell him if they can anyway.
