Massimiliano Allegri has been recently linked with jobs at West Ham and Newcastle, and he confirmed his English skills are good enough to allow him to accept his first coaching role abroad in case an offer arrives.
The former Juventus and Milan manager has been without a club since last summer and, after Ruben Amorim overtook him in the race to succeed Erik ten Hag on Manchester United’s bench, recent reports suggested more Premier League outfits were looking at the 57-year-old as a potential candidate to replace their current managers.
Notably, West Ham were said to have opened talks with the Italian coach only to know he’d be available to join them at the end of the season.

Allegri gives reporters cheeky answers on his English skills
Surely aware of such rumours, Allegri cheekily replied to reporters asking him about his English level ahead of the presentation of an exhibition in Rome, as quoted by TMW.
“How’s my English? Very good,” the coach said before laughing and adding “where’s the exit?”.
