Bill Belichick is still considered the greatest or one of the greatest head coaches in NFL history.
As such, it’s shocking to see him actually considering taking the head coaching job at UNC.
With that in mind, fellow head coach Bruce Arians joined Dianna Russini and Chase Daniel to share his advice to Belichick.
Arians candidly admitted that he wasn’t very patient with rookies, so he can only imagine what it’s like to coach freshmen.
That’s why he urged Belichick to be patient, especially considering that freshmen are making money now because of the NIL deals.
Bruce Arians joined @ChaseDaniel and me on Scoop City to discuss:

Arians admitted that he was surprised that Belichick didn’t wait for the NFL hiring process to play out before even talking to UNC about a head coaching position.
That’s how most people seem to feel about it.
Most insiders and fans predicted that Belichick would stay in the pros to pursue Don Shula’s record.
Nevertheless, the 72-year-old reportedly doesn’t care much about that; he just wants to be back on the sidelines.
That’s noble and admirable.
Even so, one cannot help but feel like the legendary head coach is way too overqualified for the job, not to mention not the most patient coach out there.
