Season Ticket Account Registration – Newcastle United (A)

Tickets for the upcoming Emirates FA Cup Third Round tie away to Newcastle United will initially be limited to one per season ticket holder/client reference number.

To purchase tickets for this game you MUST have activated your season ticket account with the online ticket office. If you have already activated your season ticket account you do NOT need to complete this process.

If you have not activated your Ticketmaster account you can do so via the following steps.

To activate your account please clickhere.

You will be asked to enter your surname and email address associated to your season ticket to retrieve your account.

Please note the surname and email address must match the information given on purchase of your season ticket.

Once your account has been located you will be asked to register your information including choosing a memorable password to login during the priority window.

Once this information is entered, please press complete registration to complete the process.

After completion, you will automatically be logged into the Bromley FC ticketing portal.

If you have already activated your account, or used the portal previously, you once again click ‘Login’.

You will be asked for the email address and password which you provided during your activation process. If you have forgotten your password, you will see a link that says ‘Forgot Password’ – this option will send you a temporary password via email which will enable you to login. You can then change the password to whatever you would like once logged in.

If you are looking to purchase tickets for another season ticket holder through your account, it is extremely important you have the other season ticket holder linked in your ticketing portal

You will require your Client Reference Number for this section.

Linking Accounts

You can then add friends and family to your network so you can purchase tickets on their behalf. Steps for this are as follows:

1. Once logged in, click on your name in top right corner of screen.

2. On your account screen, click ‘Network’ on the right-hand side.

3. Click ‘Search your network’ – you will need to know the supporter’s client reference number and surname or email address to add them to your network.

4. This will bring up a name and email address. Click ‘SELECT’ to add to your network.

5. Alternatively, if the supporter you wish to addisn’t registered with Bromley FC, click ‘Add member’ and add the relevant details for the new supporter.

6. Click ‘Complete Registration’ to finish registering the new supporter and add them to your network.

7. Return to your account page by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner.

Once another person is added to your network you will be able to buyoneticket for that for that person only.
