Arsenalhost French side Monaco in the Champions League on Wednesday evening as they aim to make a big leap towards the round of 16.
Last time out, the Gunners were held to a 1-1 draw away to Fulham following some late VAR drama. Raul Jimenez had the hosts in front before William Saliba equalised from another set piece. Bukayo Saka thought he had won it for his side late on, but Gabriel Martinelli was adjudged to have been offside during the build-up.
Mikel Arteta's side fared much better in their latest Champions League outing as they thumped Sporting CP 5-1 in Lisbon. There were five individual scorers in Portugal with Martinelli, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Magalhaes netting in the first half. Saka and Leandro Trossard scored after the break to seal a resounding victory for Arsenal.
There are three key talking points ahead of a game that is arguably a must win for Arteta and his Gunners side.

Arsenal are facing some big injury concerns heading into the game against Monaco. Several key players were reported to be absent from Tuesday's training session.
Riccardo Calafiori, Gabriel Magalhaes and Oleksandr Zinchenko continued to be missing from training while a number of others seem to have joined them on the injury list. Jurrien Timber and Thomas Partey were also not spotted during the practice.
With the number of injuries growing, Mikel Arteta faces some massive concerns ahead of Wednesday's match. When asked about the absentees in his pre-match press conference, the Spaniard said "We have to manage a lot of the players, so they’re probably not going to be fit for tomorrow and are a doubt. I still have 24 hours to make those decisions and hopefully the right ones."
Arteta will have some big decisions to make for the game in terms of who should replace those expected to be missing.
