The Giants have made several roster moves, including adding a veteran quarterback back to their practice squad.
New York has placed cornerback Tre Hawkins on injured reserve and signed cornerback Greg Stroman to the 53-man roster off its practice squad.
Hawkins fractured his lumbar spine during Sunday’s loss to the Saints. He appeared in three games this season, recording a pair of passes defensed.
The Giants have signed quarterback Tim Boyle and defensive lineman Ross Blackcock to their practice squad. Boyle initially joined the Giants on Nov. 19 and was signed to the 53-man roster shortly after. He was then waived on Dec. 7.
Cornerback Ekow Boye-Doe and cornerback Azizi Hearn were also signed to the practice squad while center Jimmy Morrissey was placed on the practice squad/injured list.
