**ENGLEWOOD, Colo.** — Denver Broncos Vice President of Football Administration Rich Hurtado is participating in the NFL's Front Office & General Manager Accelerator program, the league announced.
Taking place during December League Meetings in Irving, Texas, from Dec. 9-11, this is the sixth time the accelerator program has been held.
Its goal is to connect highly qualified candidates across player personnel, football operations and assistant general manager roles through a series of leadership development workshops and networking sessions led by renowned academic leaders and industry experts. Candidates will leave with valuable insights and practical tools to support their journeys to future leadership roles.
This marks Hurtado's second time participating in the prestigious program.
In his fifth season with the Broncos, Hurtado is the club's lead negotiator and directs the team's compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement while serving as the primary liaison to the NFL Management Council on labor relation matters. Hurtado brought 15 years of experience negotiating contracts as a team executive or player agent to his role with the Broncos.
