John Kuhn helps with $2k donation for Touchdowns for Hunger donation

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Packer Alum and Super Bowl 45 Champion John Kuhn teamed up with the team and Sargento Foods to present a $2,000 donation to both Hunger Task Force and Paul’s Pantry.

This is part of the ongoing Touchdowns for Hunger program which has provided over a million meals to those in need across the state.

And Kuhn himself spoke out Tuesday about how he learned about the initiative.

“This Touchdowns for Hunger program is unbelievable. And I first became of the Touchdowns for Hunger Program as a player because Bill Jartz so eloquently let you know with every touchdown in the stadium that ‘THAT’S ANOTHER TOUCHDOWN FOR HUNGER!!‘” exclaimed Kuhn.

Since its beginnings in 2002, Touchdowns for Hunger has raised over $1.85 million to fulfill its mission.
