Viatris Korea said Wednesday that its online medical information platform, M2MLINK, marked its fifth anniversary in October. The platform is managed by the company’s medical division.
M2MLINK allows healthcare professionals to schedule sessions based on their preferred time and topic, offering tailored content such as the latest disease-specific insights, journal reviews, and conference reports delivered monthly by medical division representatives.

“Its defining feature is that it is operated by the medical division, not the sales division,” said a Viatris Korea official. “With growing demand for specialized medical information in the rapidly changing medical landscape, participation in M2MLINK has increased more than fourfold over the past five years.”
Each month, M2MLINK delivers new content to healthcare professionals, with its most popular feature being summaries of domestic and international conference reports. The platform also provides updates on diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, neuropathic pain, dyslipidemia, and depression, as well as national health screenings and vaccination programs.
In addition to M2MLINK, Viatris Korea operates 3355, a webinar program led by the medical division. These brief, 10-minute sessions are offered over two consecutive days, with more than 30 diverse topics and an average of over 100 participants per session. The company official noted that this format is especially favored by healthcare professionals who prefer lecture-style content.
M2MLINK is accessible through Viatris MedConnect, an integrated digital communication platform for healthcare professionals. The platform also includes MediDocLINK, which provides disease-focused medical lectures; ViaLINK, which shares the latest product information and treatment guidelines; and LINKsium, a real-time online symposium service.
Additionally, since May 2024, Viatris Korea has enhanced its information delivery channels by launching a KakaoTalk channel exclusively for healthcare professionals.
