Li Qiang said that the current international situation is fraught with changes and chaos, with global development facing numerous risks and challenges. Only by strengthening openness, cooperation and mutual benefit can the world economy be jointly promoted toward an early recovery and steady growth. Since the beginning of this year, China's economy has remained generally stable, with steady progress. Recently, China has rolled out a package of incremental policies, significantly enhancing market confidence and expectations. The momentum of economic recovery and improvement has become more obvious, and new economic drivers are accelerating to grow. China will continue to strengthen counter-cyclical adjustments, make greater efforts in expanding domestic demand and boosting consumption, further deepen reform comprehensively, steadfastly expand opening-up, and work for the sustained growth of China's economy, so as to inject more impetus and certainty into the recovery and growth of the world economy.

Li Qiang pointed out that China supports the continuous expansion of the NDB's membership and is ready to expand bilateral cooperation on projects and financing, making greater contributions to the economic and social development of BRICS countries and other developing nations. China is ready to strengthen cooperation with the World Bank in international development, loans, knowledge and other fields to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of cooperation. China supports the necessary reform of the WTO to rejuvenate the multilateral trading system and safeguard economic globalization and free trade. China is ready to deepen cooperation with the IMF and make greater contributions to maintaining global financial stability, promoting common development, and tackling climate change.

Heads of the NDB, World Bank, WTO and IMF spoke highly of China's important leading role in safeguarding world peace and development and upholding multilateralism, saying that China has taken strong measures to promote economic growth, optimize the business environment, and expand its opening-up, which have achieved significant results, bringing impetus and confidence to global economic growth. They appreciated China's long-term support for the work of international economic organizations, praised China's positive contributions to the development of the least developed countries and the Global South, and voiced commitment to developing stronger and more comprehensive cooperative relations with China, jointly upholding multilateralism and free trade and promoting development and prosperity.
