Arsenal return to Champions League action this evening with AS Monaco the visitors to the Emirates Stadium.
Both teams have taken 10 points from their first five games and can move into the all-important top eight with a win tonight. Arsenal saw their four-match winning run halted at the weekend after Fulham frustrated the Gunners in a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage.
Mikel Arteta will be demanding a response from his side against a Monaco side who sit third in Ligue 1 and have claimed a win over Barcelona in Europe this season.
Raising the levels.

Arsenal vs Monaco – Predicted lineup and team news
Arsenal team news
Arteta may need to resuffle defensively with Arsenal’s options stretched heading into the clash. Neither Jurrien Timber or Thomas Partey took part in the club’s open training session on Tuesday.
Given the absences of Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu, Arsenal are short at right-back and an opportunity could be handed to 18-year-old Josh Nichols. The academy graduate started the 5–1 EFL Cup win against Bolton Wanderers in September. Fellow youngster Josh Robinson is another option if Timber and Partey are unable to feature.
With Oleksandr Zinchenko, Gabriel and Riccardo Calafiori also expected to miss out, Kieran Tierney could come in for his first Arsenal appearance in 18 months.
Arsenal predicted lineup
Arsenal predicted XI: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Kiwior, Tierney; Odegaard, Rice, Merino; Saka, Havertz, Martinelli.
