PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 is down as users are locked out of accounts

PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 was supposed to go live on December 10

PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024, a personalised summary of your biggest PS5 and PS4 games of the year, is currently unavailable.

The annual gaming profile, which can only be unlocked via a dedicated website, isn’t accessible to players despite launching on December 10.

At the time of writing, the Wrap-Up website is displaying a message that reads: “We’ll be back soon.”

Users have encountered multiple errors, including an unresponsive home page, bugs when trying to sign-in and locked accounts.

Some have also reported seeing a message stating that PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 is only available in select locations, along with instructions on activating data collection on their console.

Many users have claimed these requirements don’t apply to them or that they’ve adjusted their settings but still can’t access their Wrap-Up.

Normally, players are required to sign in to their PlayStation Network (PSN) account and must opt-in to receiving PlayStation emails to access Wrap-Up. You also need to have spent more than 10 hours playing games on either PS5 or PS4 in 2024 – and you must be 18 years or older.

Those who did manage to get in were greeted with a similar format as Wrap-Ups past. The Spotify Wrapped-style digest begins by dishing up all the PlayStation games you played in 2024, including your first game of the year.

It then highlights your top five most-played games, your favourite genre, and a month-by-month breakdown of your most-played titles and hours logged.

Wrap-Up also provides data on total gaming hours, trophy achievements, and personalised recommendations for PS Plus titles. Additional stats are included for those signed up to the PS Stars rewards programme.

As usual, you can share your summary on social media and claim a PSN code for an avatar and PS Stars digital collectible. PlayStation Wrap-Up is available until January 10, 2025, with stats continuing to update until the end of December.
