Alisson has taken to social media after keeping a clean sheet in Tuesday night's 1-0 win over Girona to maintain Liverpool's 100 per cent record in the Champions League this season. The Reds top the table - having won all six games and conceded just once.
Alisson, 32, recorded a blank slate on his return from injury with Andy Robertson named man-of-the-match for his sturdy display amid brave Girona attacks. Mohamed Salah scored the decisive goal from the spot on 63 minutes to take his tally for the season to 16 goals in 22 games.
The Egyptian was this week the subject of rumours which claimed he had been formally tabled an initial fresh contract offer. These came just weeks after the forward spoke out about his frustration at the slow progress of negotiations.

The ECHO understands Salah is keen to stay at Anfield and that discussions are ongoing with agent, Ramy Abbas. Salah is free to sign pre-contract agreements with overseas clubs from January upon entering the final six months of his current deal, with New Year's Day just 21 days away.
Salah posted three images on his Instagram account after the win at Girona. One showed him raising a fist to the travelling Liverpool fans, after scoring, with the other two showing him smiling in-game and participating in a pre-match huddle with his teammates.
Captain Virgil van Dijk finds himself in the same situation as Salah in contract terms of January approaches. He also took to social media and posted a photo of him fist-bumping Salah. Van Dijk captioned his three pictures: "6/6. See you Saturday!."
Van Dijk's centre-back partner Joe Gomez was equally delighted to come away with the win, and made reference to Liverpool keeping another blank slate. "Good win and clean sheet on the road," he said on Instagram.
The Reds have Alisson to thank for that; the Brazilian making five saves upon his return outing. The 32-year-old was grateful to be back on the pitch and took to his Instagram story to list all those who had helped him in his recovery from his hamstring setback, suffered in October.
Alisson also said: "What a great feeling being back after a long time! Hard work pays off!"

Robertson, meanwhile, re-shared Curtis Jones' story of the left-back holding the man-of-the-match award in the changing room. Jones had written: "Some guy," with Robertson reposting and replying: "My guy [love heart]."
Harvey Elliott made his first appearance in the Champions League this season when coming on as a second-half substitute and enjoyed 14 minutes, his longest stint so far this campaign. The playmaker suffered a broken foot in September, but made his return via a brief late cameo in the 2-0 win over Manchester City earlier this month.
Tuesday night marked his third outing for the campaign. In response, he shared his mood by posting on Instagram, writing: "UCL nights [love heart emoji]."
