Analyst Says 1 NFL Team Needs Mike Vrabel The Most

The Dallas Cowboys have been up and down this season.

Mike McCarthy reportedly entered the season on the hot seat, and it didn’t seem like he would finish the campaign with the team.

Then, the team rallied and went on a bit of a run, making some people think he could keep his job.

However, with the loss to the Cincinnati Bengals – and more importantly, how they lost that game – that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

With that in mind, NFL analyst Nick Wright argued that no team in the league needs Mike Vrabel more than the Cowboys.

Talking on FOX’s “First Things First,” he claimed that Vrabel was just what they needed.

“I don’t know that there’s ever been a team that needs Mike Vrabel more than the Dallas Cowboys.”

He called Vrabel a defensive-minded coach and a culture builder.

He thinks the Cowboys could replicate what the Pittsburgh Steelers are doing by building a strong defense and having an offense competent enough to keep the chains in motion.

The Cowboys have many glaring needs right now.

CeeDee Lamb has never looked satisfied with Dak Prescott, and Parsons needs to take a leap forward not only as a leader but also as a player in key stretches of games.

The Cowboys, however, might not be far off, and perhaps Vrabel might just be what they need.
