Julen Lopetegui has a lot of problems on his hands at West Ham United right now.
West Ham have been terrible in the Premier League this season, and Julen Lopetegui has to shoulder most of the blame.
The Spaniard has failed to improve the standard of football but there are plenty more issues as well.
Lopetegui seems to have problems developing relationships with his players. A prime example of that has been his fall-out with Jean-Clair Todibo.

There is quite clearly trouble behind the scenes at the London Stadium.
And Lopetegui’s problems with Todibo has led to another issue that could end up costing him his job.
West Ham player’s dreadful form will cost Julen Lopetegui his job
The Spaniard’s inability to command respect from some of his players will be the final nail in his coffin, I have no doubt about that.

He’s very strong in the air and in the tackle, has an impressive physique and is incredibly fit.
However, his concentration levels and positional sense leave so much to be desired.
Mavropanos gets done so many times by a simple ball over the top, and he simply doesn’t take responsibility enough to cover the full-back when needed either.
The 27-year-old was a big hit in Germany with Stuttgart, but he has struggled to replicate that form in England with West Ham.
If Julen Lopetegui continues to play the 6ft 4in centre-back due to his fall-out with Todibo, it may well end up costing him his job at West Ham.
