Juventus look to Dusan Vlahovic, Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao in the big Champions League showdown with stuttering Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 20.00 GMT.
You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Milan-Crvena Zvezda and Benfica-Bologna on the Liveblog.
Both teams have been struggling for form recently, as Juve have drawn 11 of their 20 competitive matches this season, losing only one to VfB Stuttgart.
They scraped stalemates with Lille and Aston Villa to leave them mid-table in the Champions League.
Manchester City have hit a surprise crisis under Pep Guardiola, losing 4-1 to Sporting CP and then drawing 3-3 with Feyenoord.
Their last nine competitive games have seen one win, two draws and six defeats, plus they’ve got the Manchester derby coming up on Sunday.
Notably, both are on eight points after five Champions League games.

They also both have an injury crisis, as Juventus are missing Andrea Cambiaso, Nico Gonzalez, Arek Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal.
Weston McKennie and Douglas Luiz are fit only for the bench, so Conceicao, Teun Koopmeiners and Kenan Yildiz support Vlahovic.
Manchester City are missing Mateo Kovacic, Nathan Aké, Oscar Bobb and Ballon d’Or winner Rodri.
There are also issues for John Stones, Manuel Akanji and Phil Foden.
De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva pull the strings behind Doku, Jack Grealish and star striker Haaland.
