The Friedkin Group are on the verge of completing their Everton takeover.
Alan Myers expects the takeover to be finalised next week, so there could be a great deal change over the next month.
The takeover could put Sean Dyche’s future under major scrutiny as it’s been reported that the Friedkin Group are eyeing Sergio Conceicao as their number one target.
Graham Potter has also been linked to Goodison Park but he could be approached by RB Leipzig this month.
Even in the boardroom, there could be a reshuffle with Dan Ashworth tipped to replace sporting director Kevin Thelwell.
Whilst that all unfolds, the recruitment team are preparing for the January transfer window and it’s just come to light that one Everton player could be departing for Italy.

Torino think Beto will join Roma this January
We reported earlier this week that Beto wants to leave Everton this January transfer window and the club are prepared to accept that proposal.
Now, there has been a development in the story, as Torino believes he is set to join the Friedkin Group’s other owned club, Roma, according to Tutto Sport.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
The Italian outlet state that whilst Torino admire Beto, they don’t want to be dragged into a transfer battle with Roma, who are seen as the most likely destination.
It’s also claimed that Beto is likely to leave on a permanent deal, rather than a loan, and Roma are much the wealthier club, so they have the bigger resources to complete the deal.
Beto still has two and a half years remaining on his contract at Goodison Park.
Everton should use Beto funds to sign Julio Enciso
Everton signed Beto for around £30m in 2023 and whilst they likely won’t recoup all of that, they could get around £20m from his sale.
So if that transfer does materialise, Everton should reinvest those funds into Brighton’s playmaker Julio Enciso.
Enciso wants to leave Brighton for another Premier League club in January and Everton should offer him that exit route.
If Ashworth is to join the Merseysiders, he could use his connections with the Seagulls to make that deal happen.
Enciso would certainly be an exciting addition to Dyche’s squad.
