Concern surrounding the wellbeing of a 2nd member of the first-team setup at Real Madrid has today been sparked online.
This comes owing to developments in Real’s Champions League meeting with Atalanta on Tuesday.
Carlo Ancelotti’s troops are fresh off a hard-fought triumph in Bergamo last night, which saw all of Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Jr. and Jude Bellingham find the net, en route to a 3-2 result.
On an otherwise positive evening’s work for Los Blancos, however, one major source of concern was forthcoming on the personnel front, upon frontman Mbappé limping out of proceedings with a muscular problem.
And yet, if the latest word stemming from the media on Wednesday is anything to go by, then the Frenchman is not the only member of Ancelotti’s squad to have been suffering with discomfort at the Gewiss Stadium.
As per a report from **[Mundo Deportivo](https://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol/real-madrid/20241211/1002369279/bellingham-agotado-molestias.html)**, so too was fellow goalscorer Jude Bellingham:
‘During phases of the match, especially in the second half, the Englishman repeatedly grabbed the back of his left thigh.’
This is the same area which caused Bellingham problems during his side’s weekend La Liga downing of Girona.
As much has since been attributed to a muscular overload rather than any form of injury, but the situation is certainly one worth keeping an eye on with a view to Real’s upcoming weekend meeting with Rayo Vallecano.
