Man Utd face Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League on Thursday night and there is a change to their starting XI.
United are looking to end a run of two successive defeats when they face the Czech side this week and Amorim is expected to rotate his side ahead of their Manchester derby clash with Man City this weekend.
It remains to be seen just how many changes Amorim will make for the match, though he has already confirmed one player will come into the starting line up after they had been a substitute against Nottingham Forest last time out.

Amorim was joined at his pre-match press conference by defender Tyrell Malacia and he confirmed the Dutch defender would start the upcoming European match. Malacia has started in consecutive midweek matches against both Bodo/Glimt and Arseal and will be in the line up again on Thursday night.
Amorim's press conference on Wednesday evening also marked the first time he had spoken to the press since the shock departure of sporting director Dan Ashworth, and the United head coach was looking for focus after such an obvious setback.
"Of course, it's a bad situation," he told reporters. "Like I said, we are talking about a human being, a professional, that supports us as a team but I think the most important thing is the vision is really clear and that don't change if one person leaves."
