Sean Dyche is not under immediate pressure of being sacked as the Everton manager by The Friedkin Group, according to TEAMtalk.

However, the outlet, reporting via their website on 11 December, added that Dan Friedkin and co will not hesitate to take action if the Toffees go through a rough patch again.

The consortium also has plans to bring their own personnel to Merseyside once the process of buying the club from Farhad Moshiri is finalised.

The Everton takeover saga is in its final lap, with TEAMtalk reporting that it is only a matter of time before Friedkin comes into power.

There is an expectation that the takeover will be finalised before Christmas, allowing the new ownership to pull the strings in the January transfer window.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES

Friedkin is set to make “some funds” available for new signings in January as the Goodison Park outfit look to avoid relegation this season.

With Premier League survival still the priority, it appears the new ownership is prepared to give Dyche time to prove himself.

However, should things not improve even after bolstering the squad in January, the Englishman tactician could face the sack on Merseyside.

It, therefore, remains to be seen what Dyche and Kevin Thelwell do with the money made available for reinforcements next month.

It appears signing a new attacker is high on their list as they have been linked with several forwards, including Baris Alper Yilmaz [TBR Football], recently.

In other Everton news, the Toffees are in the middle of a repeat of a summer transfer saga after a new development emerged from France.
