The former Toronto FC striker and the pair of Raptors icons are now officially minority owners of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.

The Bill [confirmed](https://www.buffalobills.com/news/buffalo-bills-welcome-10-new-limited-partners-to-ownership-group) on Wednesday a flurry of new minority owners, as had been [first reported](https://wakingthered.com/2024/10/15/17781/jozy-altidore-in-talks-with-vince-carter-tracy-mcgrady-to-buy-monitory-stake-in-nfls-buffalo-bills/) two months ago.

“Having played and won an MLS championship in nearby Toronto, I’ve been a huge Bills fan for many years,” Altidore said in a statement. “It’s always been a goal of mine to become part of professional sports ownership, so this opportunity to join the Buffalo Bills family is an incredible honour and dream come true.

“Thank you to … the best fans in the league — Bills Mafia — for welcoming me into the huddle.”

Altidore, Carter, and McGrady are three of 10 new investors. This is the first time in Bills history that minority owners have been brought on board.

“Most of them have a personal attachment with our team, Western New York or Southern Ontario which was a very important factor to me.”
