Juventus and Manchester City players come face to face before the half-time break at the Allianz Stadium this evening following a Francisco Conceiçao foul on Jérémy Doku.
Tensions erupted between Juventus and Manchester City players at the end of this evening’s Champions League meeting at the Allianz Stadium.
The Bianconeri’s winger Conceiçao fouled Doku in Juventus’ defensive half with a sliding tackle but complained to referee Clement Turpin that he had touched the ball before colliding with his opponent.
Doku didn’t quite enjoy Conceiçao’s protests and made sure his opponent knew his feelings by going face-to-face with the Portuguese.
Jack Grealish and Manuel Locatelli joined the dispute while referee Turpin tried to separate the contenders.
Conceiçao also argued with Grealish, but there were no consequences for any players involved in the dispute. Manchester City won a free kick, but the match official didn’t use yellow cards.
