Marcus Rashford’s future remains a talking point at Manchester United, with rumours circulating that the forward could be on the move.
It was revealed that United are open to offers for Rashford, despite his form improving under Ruben Amorim. Rashford has scored three times in two Premier League starts under the newly appointed head coach.
The options seem extreme, but Rashford’s salary will make it difficult for most clubs to compete for his signature. PSG and the Saudi Pro League want Rashford and have been touted as the only possible destinations.
After coming through the academy at United, Rashford has scored 138 goals in 425 games, but his form has dipped significantly since a successful 30-goal campaign in 2022/23.
Rashford has struggled to find consistency since then which has raised questions over his future.
The thought of Rashford leaving the Theatre of Dreams for one of our rivals won’t sit right with most fans – particularly if he joined a high-flying North London outfit.

Danny Murphy believes Marcus Rashford suits Arsenal
Even though Rashford has shown signs of improvement under Amorim, that won’t stop pundits from discussing the forward’s uncertain future at Old Trafford.
Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy has told talkSPORT that he thinks Arsenal would be the perfect club for Rashford should he leave United.
MORE UNITED STORIES
“Playing in a team that’s so settled and so confident and competent, there is a case that his end product would get much better, because Arsenal are really dominant in games.
“There would be some people who would take Rashford over Martinelli,” he added before claiming Mikel Arteta could be the manager to get the best out of him.
Murphy went on to claim that Rashford remains United’s best attacker.
“He’s still the best one, on his day, He’s the most dangerous one.
“If I looked at all their front players and thought ‘Who can win me a game? Who can score a goal? Who’s going to hurt people?’ I’d have him ahead of [Alejandro] Garnacho, [Rasmus] Hojlund and Antony this season.
“The biggest problem with Marcus is the perception. The aesthetics of him, he sometimes looks down on himself, slumped. But when you possess such pace, power and athleticism, I’m amazed that there hasn’t been videos with him saying ‘have a look at yourself’.
“The ability he’s got and physical attributes he has, he’s capable of more. But he’s been at a club where the managers and managerial team has not been stable, the team’s not been great.”
Rashford must let his feet do the talking
The only way for Rashford to get positive publicity is by performing on the pitch and doing his job.
At times, the media seems harsh, but Rashford can silence his critics by scoring goals at a higher rate than he has managed in the previous two seasons. It’s been almost two years since the 27-year-old recorded his best season tally of 30 goals.
Rashford is United through and through and won’t have any interest in leaving to join Arsenal. The Gunners may be competing for Premier League titles, but Old Trafford is where Rashford’s heart is.
Rumours about Rashford being transferred listed by Manchester United won’t help as it gives every man and his dog a chance to speak negatively about the player.
Meanwhile, Amorim will be hoping to get Rashford back to his best.
