Head Coach Ruben Amorim of Manchester United speaks during a press conference
Ruben Amorim will try and get Manchester United back to winning ways on Thursday evening as his side take on Viktoria Plzen away from home in the Europa League.
After an unbeaten three games at the start of his United tenure, Amorim has tasted defeat in successive matches against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest.
In his pre-match press conference ahead of the game, Amorim has addressed Dan Ashworth's shock departure from the club at the weekend, as well as United's plans for the January transfer window, just hours after it was revealed United had entered talks to sign a talented teenager.
With all that in mind, here's a look back at today's key Manchester United headlines.

Amorim transfer admission
Ruben Amorim admits he is still deciding which players will be in his long-term plans at Manchester United.
Amorim has started 20 different players in his first five matches in charge and made a possible 25 substitutes out of 25.
United will have to sell to buy if they intend to do any business in the January transfer window but it is doubtful there will be a market for any of their squad members with the club 13th in the Premier League.
"I’m really focused to see my players and to understand my players, that is one of the problems of the club," Amorim said. "We have to focus on what we have, we have to focus on the academy and to have a clear profile of the players.
"So it’s a lot of details you have to manage. You can see at set pieces, sometimes you look at our team, we are a small team compared to others, every detail counts and we have to be very clear in the profiles, arrange all the process and go to that phase of buying and selling players.
"But we have, like Ty (Malacia), international players, good players, we need time to teach them our ideas and then we will see because this is a massive club. If we don’t win, the coach goes, the player goes, so you have to know that.
"We have to improve as a team, we have to arrange a lot of things in our club before thinking just in buying or selling players. There’s a lot to do, let’s focus on improving our players, improving our academy and then see."

Teenage transfer talks
Manchester United have entered talks with Cerro Porteno over a deal for 17-year-old wonderkid Diego Leon. The teenager is a potential solution to Ruben Amorim's side's left wing-back position.
United have scouted Leon and have now started negotiations with his club over a potential £3.1m deal for the defender, who has impressed for his club in Paraguay's domestic league.
Leon has made 21 appearances for Cerro Porteno, scoring two goals, and was an unused substitute for both legs of a recent Copa Sudamericana tie with Brazilian side Athletico Paranaense. The youngster is considered one of the hottest talents in South America and is physically advanced for his age, with speed, height, and athleticism in his game.

Ashworth exit reaction
Ruben Amorim admitted Dan Ashworth's departure from Manchester United is a "bad situation".
"The first thing I want to say since the first day I felt great support from the ownership, from Omar, from them also, from Jason (Wilcox), and Dan was part of that," Amorim said. "And I really, really, really [received] support from Dan also.
"But this is football and sometimes this happens, happens with players, with coaches, I know it's not the best situation but the important thing is we continue in our way. The path is really clear for everybody and I think this can happen in football."
