SEOUL -- South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol said on Thursday that he has no intention to resign from office, digging in his heels as lawmakers prepare a second attempt to impeach him.
"I will confront it confidently, whether it's impeachment or investigation," Yoon said in a televised address to the nation.
