Manchester United are open to selling half of the squad players if significant offers are received in the New Year and the summer, according to the latest reports.
Ruben Amorim is keen to rebuild his own squad after inheriting a squad from former manager Erik ten Hag. As a result of heavy spending last summer, Sky Sports reported that United 'have no money' to spend on signings in January in what would be a blow for the new Reds boss.
Speaking on the Transfer Talk podcast, Melissa Reddy revealed Amorim was informed about the 'financial constraints' of the club and that he had to 'extract the maximum' from the talents he has at his disposal. Meanwhile, [Sky Sports Germany](https://twitter.com/Plettigoal/status/1866788356517957742?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">December 11, 2024 ) add that 'over half of the players' are 'serious candidates' in the winter and summer to depart if good offers come in.

It's reported that the club consider six players as 'unsellable.' Those being Amad, Kobbie Mainoo, Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs De Ligt, Leny Yoro and Andre Onana and two to three other key players. Marcus Rashford is among one of the big names linked with a move away from the club in recent weeks.
Elsewhere, United could reportedly sign Theo Hernandez for just over £40m after AC Milan decided to drop their asking price, according to CalcioMercato. The left-back position is said to be an area the club are interested in strengthening.
With 18 months left on his contract, Milan are said to be willing to 'entertain' offers of around £41.3m (€50m) from an initial £66.1m (€80m). This could open the door to a possible move to Old Trafford, given Luke Shaw's ongoing injury issues.
