We're now a week removed from Packers/Lions on Thursday Night Football – a massively entertaining game that the Lions found a way to win 34-31 and unfortunately left the Packers with just about 0% chance to win the division. The Lions were arguably the better team, the referees factored into the game far too much, and there were plenty of positives and negatives to take away from the game that have been gone over ad nauseum already.
But regardless of how you interpreted the game, either as a positive that showed the Packers can hang with the best team on the road in their building – or as a negative that showed they still have a way to go while exposing some key weaknesses that clearly need upgrading – I have some good news for you. That key positive is the return to form for Packers' defensive tackle Kenny Clark. Now to be fair, I wouldn't argue that Kenny Clark is looking quite like elite prime of his career Kenny Clark, but this was the best we've seen Kenny Clark look in 2024. He was disruptive, he was powerful, his hands looked quicker, he looked more agile, and he did this all while going against a very talented Lions interior line that usually wins a fair share of their matchups.
