Nottingham Forest are going to be in search of more new players when the transfer window opens next month.
The Reds are hoping to really establish in the Premier League this season and currently occupy fifth spot in the table.
The summer saw Forest prioritise quality over quantity and that will very much be the order of the day again in January.
Attacking players will be the order of the day, with a settled rearguard now in place and perhaps a new winger or a striker will be sought.
Santiago Gimenez rejected Forest last summer and the search for a new striker came to nothing by the time the window closed.
With Chris Wood on 10 goals this season perhaps the January window won’t be the month when a new talisman is added to the ranks.

Watson is a man in demand and the left-sided winger has found the net on seven occasions in all competitions so far this season.
Five of those goals came in the Premier League 2 campaign and that has seen him fast-tracked to the first-team stage at the Stadium of Light.
Watson scored twice against Stoke last weekend and he is being watched by a number of clubs on a frequent basis.
What Regis Le Bris said about Tommy Watson
The head coach is a huge fan of Watson and the left-winger is clearly appreciated in the Sunderland ranks.
Le Bris is doing the business with the Black Cats and the club currently sit fourth in the table at the moment.
After his two-goal haul last weekend, he raved about Watson and the future looks bright for the youngster.
He told BBC Sport: “Players need time to adapt, but so far Tommy has developed very fast.
“Now he will face the difficulties every player has to face, such as consistency and needing to defend as well. There are many things to develop.
“It was an interesting game for him. When you have a winger with the ability to run inside and outside and cross, it’s a gift for a coach and a team.
“He works well. The system is well-designed for him. We can use him very quickly and play to his main strengths.”
It’s not clear how much it would cost Forest to sign Watson.
However, it would appear as though the club might be asking some questions to Sunderland in a few weeks.
