Everton’s takeover is edging closer and closer to completion with it now feeling just a matter of time until the keys are handed over.
The Friedkin Group finally look as if they are about to become the new owners at Goodison Park following Farhad Moshiri’s time on Merseyside.
It has by no means been an easy process with plenty of hurdles experienced along the way for Everton.
The legal battle in the US won’t delay Everton’s takeover, with a real feeling this could now be completed in the coming days.
There will be a lot for the proposed new owners to consider over the coming weeks with Sean Dyche’s position at Everton under scrutiny.
And Alan Myers has now shared an insight on The Friedkin Group’s plans for when they finally get their takeover across the line.

The Friedkin Group’s ‘exciting’ plans for Everton
It has now been suggested, The Friedkin Group will ‘likely’ complete their takeover next week with the deal incredibly close.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Myers has provided a run down of what Everton fans can expect now the takeover is close to completion.

‘My understanding is that the message will be one of them looking to strike a balance between a long-term vision and an exciting new plan, and keeping the absolute focus on the remaining months of the current season, one in which much work is still to be done,’ said Myers.
‘What TFG don’t need is a relegation battle. It goes without saying that losing their Premier League status would put those future plans back somewhat.’
‘I suspect transfer business will be looked at for January and they will have an understanding as to what is needed as Sean Dyche navigates what looks like a difficult month or so, fixture-wise.’
Everton fans want to see Graham Potter and Dan Ashworth appointed with potential changes needed behind the scenes at Goodison.
However, it seems as if the proposed new owners are looking to make a subtle entrance on Merseyside.
Everton cannot stand still in the January transfer window
What is interesting is that it seems the Friedkins are looking into what Dyche needs ahead of the January window.
The Toffees are far from where the new owners would like them to be with just five points separating them from the bottom three.
However, the January window is going to offer Everton an opportunity to bolster their squad with some added quality, having seen their weaknesses over the opening 14 games.
The Friedkins have already eyed Bryan Cristante from Roma ahead of the January window, but Everton fans will surely be looking for more than just deals formed with their other club.
