Panathinaikos attempted to appeal this decision to the Appeals Judge, but their appeal was rejected, as reported by Greek media. As a result, Nunn will miss the upcoming EuroLeague Round 15 game against Anadolu Efes in Istanbul on Friday.

In contrast, Real Madrid had a successful appeal earlier this season. Their guard, Facundo Campazzo, was initially suspended for one game after EuroLeague Round 1 but went on to play in Round 2 following the appeal.

Nunn's ejection occurred during Round 14 of the EuroLeague, with the league citing "acts that show a lack of respect towards a member of the officiating crew" as the reason for the penalty.

This suspension is a blow for Panathinaikos, as Nunn is currently their leading scorer, averaging 18.4 points per game in the EuroLeague.
