“Clear The Air”: Terrell Owens Calls Out Brett Favre On Fraud Scandal

Terrell Owens Asks Brett Favre To Explain Funding Scandal

There is trouble brewing in the NFL, particularly among legends of yore, after a recent documentary was released. On Tuesday, a documentary titled ‘New York Sack Exchange’ was released, covering Brett Favre and Mark Gastineau’s infamous fight back in 2002. Gastineau was the then-holder for the most sacks in a season record, which was broken by Michael Strahan.

Gastineau who created the record in 1984 was not particularly thrilled when Strahan broke his record, but was even more irked when he felt that it was set up by Brett Favre. Gastineau threw the severe accusation at Favre, despite the latter saying otherwise. Favre took to social media lately and put up a lengthy post commenting that he is innocent and that he did not mean to do what he did.

However, Favre was in for a surprise when Terrell Owens, legendary wide receiver, asked him to explain another controversial topic, the $77,000,000 Mississippi Welfare Funds scam. This was a civil lawsuit where Favre and many others were accused of misusing federal funds for personal use. Favre has also denied this.

Brett Favre definitely has plenty to explain, but with one issue coming after the other, it is unlikely when that response will come. Plus, while Favre took no time to address the accusation by Mark Gastineau, he is still silent on Terrell Owens’ accusation, despite addressing it twice publicly.

Terrell Owens Criticizes Donovan McNabb For Comments About A.J. Brown

The Philadelphia Eagles’ locker room does not look so good with wide receiver A.J. Brown and QB Jalen Hurts feuded with each other after the former felt that the offense of the team needed to be better. Many NFL legends and fans have commented on the matter, with Donovan McNabb, former quarterback, also weighing in on his opinion.

McNabb remarked that Brown should have handled the matter privately rather than take it to a public forum. However, this did not sit well with Terrell Owens who is known for being brutally honest.

Owens had a bit of a feud with McNabb himself back in the day, which was widely known. However, McNabb took it public, which definitely hurt Owens who has definitely not forgotten it. Owell also added that if it were not for McNabb, the team (Philadelphia Eagles) would have won the Super Bowl.
