Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has just added to his football resume. With 4,085 receiving yards so far in the pros, the former Alabama Crimson Tide wideout has become the Dolphins' all-time leader in receiving yards in the first four seasons of an NFL career.
Miami also announced that achievement by Waddle on Wednesday via X.
"Another one for the record books," the Dolphins captioned their post while also urging their social media followers to vote for Waddle in the Pro Bowl.
Waddle acknowledged the Dolphins' gesture as he reshared the post and accompanied it with a caption that read "Blessed," along with a heart hands emoji.
Waddle reached that mark in Week 14's game against the New York Jets at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
With Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner sidelined with an injury, Waddle was able to have an easier time downfield, as he finished with 99 receiving yards on nine receptions and 12 targets.
Through 13 games in the 2024 NFL regular season, the 26-year-old Waddle has racked up 700 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 54 catches.
Waddle will look to sustain his form in Week 15 when the Dolphins visit the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on Sunday. He appears to be dealing with a hamstring issue ahead of the Texans game, but he was able to practice in limited fashion on Wednesday.
