When it comes to the Cleveland Browns and a losing season, there's no shortage of speculation on the job status of various individuals in the organization. That's especially true when the team believed it would be in better position to compete after making the playoffs in 2023.

At owner's meetings, Haslam publicly voiced his support for head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manger Andrew Berry to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.. When asked if he believed the Browns have the right people in place, Haslam responded by saying, "I do. We do," he said. "We're very supportive."

This follows reports both the OBR and national members of the media including theMMQB's Albert Breer and ESPN's Adam Schefter. Breer has continued to hammer home one point wit the Browns. Haslam has the setup he's always wanted to have since purchasing the team. Schefter's report was timed to come out before the Thursday Night Game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. That game has been the undoing for several head coaches of the Browns in years past. The Browns only further enhanced the case to keep Stefanski and Berry by beating the Steelers in one of the most entertaining games of the year.

"We went from 11-6 and making the playoffs to 3-10, so it's a little perplexing what happened," Haslam said of the season. The OBR is here to offer further insight into why Haslam continues to support the current regime despite the perplexing season and a 3-10 record.
