The Red Devils suffered back to back defeats last week. After getting thrashed by **Arsenal**they tasted a horrible 3-2 loss at home to Nottingham Forest over the weekend. And now being low in confidence, they are going to travel to Czech Republic midweek. As Man United will be facing Viktoria Plzen up next in the Europa League.
Manchester United have been uneven both domestically and on the continent this season. Despite of being unbeaten in the Europa League they have faced three disappointing ties. Though they tasted the sweetness of victories against Greek side PAOK and Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt.
And their new opponents Viktoria Plzen also have a virtually identical Europa League record as Man United this season. Drawing their first three games before winning back-to-back. Surprisingly, they have conceded seven goals throughout the league round, the same as the Red Devils. However, they have scored one less than the English giants.
Though Man United experienced a disappointing setback over the weekend, but there’s a good news amidst that loss. It is that they managed to get through the game without any more injuries. Amorim is likely to make changes to the side that struggled on Saturday.

Author’s opinion:
Football.Express says, this will be a very vital game for Ruben Amorim. After two back to back defeats, the Portuguese manager will be desperate to get back the momentum. And this chaos situation at the Man United camp, will be also important for the players to perform at the top level.
