The Cincinnati Bengals were one of the most highly discussed teams of the NFL offseason.
Fans were seemingly glued to their screens, waiting for an update on Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase, wondering when the team was going to sign them to contract extensions.
While many predicted that at least one of these wideouts would receive a massive contract in the offseason, nothing ended up happening.
The team decided to wait on Chase, and they also kicked the can with Higgins by franchise-tagging him.
The Bengals have gotten some backlash from these moves, as Higgins and Chase are viewed as one of the best wide receiver duos in the league.
Higgins and Chase have both expressed their frustration in various ways, but it appears that Higgins is gearing up for a major offseason, at least, according to Kelsey Conway.
Conway reported on X that Higgins is no longer represented by agent David Mulugheta, and will seemingly find a new agent in the coming weeks.

Higgins has shown the team that he’s up to any challenge they throw his way, and his connection with Joe Burrow is undeniable.
While his on-field impact has been great, the Bengals still have to weigh their financials when making a contract decision.
They’ll have to decide if its in their best interest to retain both of these top-tier wideouts, or if they’ll pick one over the other, allowing a talented player to pave a new path with a fresh start in 2025.
