Palmer came up the ranks at Manchester City. Despite his immense potential, he could not break into Pep Guardiola’s first team and in search of regular minutes he ended up making the move to Chelsea. It hardly took him any time to establish himself at the West London club and he is already one of their stars.
He has 57 goal contributions in his 62 outings for the Blues. As far as the ongoing season is concerned, the 22-year-old attacking midfielder has 11 goals and six assists in his 15 league outings. Palmer is the go-to man for Chelsea, and his performances have put him on the radar of some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
The Englishman finds himself on the wishlist of Real Madrid. The team in white believe that the former Manchester City prospect is an ideal fit for their project in the long run. While they are keen on acquiring his services, Chelsea have intentions of letting him go.
