CHELSEA have been linked with a January move for Arda Guler in recent weeks, but it seems that a decision has been made regarding the future of the Real Madrid talent and he will not be leaving the Spaniards in the January window.
Guler was signed by Madrid just a few windows ago in hope that he could be the next big thing for the club, he came to the Spaniards with alot of hype, however there has been alot of speculation that he could be on his way out of the club.
Guler has struggled to get the game time that he has been wanting under Carlo Ancelotti and has been spending alot of the time watching from the sidelines, as Rodrygo is the man that the Italian boss has preferred.
But since the injury to the Brazilian star back in November, the Madrid boss has handed Guler more regular starts and Last weekend, the 19-year-old scored Madrid’s second goal in a 3-0 win against Girona, which helped the Spanish champions make ground on La Liga leaders Barcelona.
But when Rodrygo is fit again it is believed that the Brazilian will replace the Turkish star in the side, meaning Guler would likely experience limited playing time once more, which has led to suggestions that he could leave the club when the January window opens up.
However – Per Fabrizio Romano, despite interest from several top clubs including Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen, Turkish sensation Arda Guler is unlikely to move away from Real Madrid in January.
Guler reportedly is loving his time playing at the moment and there is no way he wants to leave the team.
