Accessibility
Southampton’s accessibility guide can be found here…
There are 3 accessible toilets in the away concourse which have step-free access. Supporters are advised to bring their own RADAR key, though Southampton’s accessibility stewards will also have access to one if required.
Southampton’s Changing Places facility is located on the first floor of the Itchen Stand and entry is through the main reception. Supporters requiring use of this facility are asked to contact accessibility@saintsfc.co.uk to arrange access with one of Southampton’s accessibility stewards.
Supporters wishing to use Southampton’s audio description service can email their seat details to accessibility@saintsfc.co.uk prior to their visit so that an audio descriptive receiver can be delivered to their seat ahead of the game. Supporters are encouraged to bring their own headphones with a plug-in jack.
The away ticket office and away supporter concourse kiosks have lowered counters. Hearing loops and large print menus are also available at the concourse kiosks.
Cashless payments
St Mary’s is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, as are mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Bag policy
Bags should be no bigger than A4 size and will be subject to a search prior to entry. They must be small enough to fit under your seat without causing any obstructions to the walkways.
If you need a larger bag for medical reasons, please contact Southampton’s Supporter Services team via supporterservices@saintsfc.co.uk.

Persons in possession of any of the items listed below will be refused entry into the ground:
Alcohol, all tinned items, all glass containers, plastic containers (over 500ml), poles/sticks, knives/weapons, pyrotechnics, tools, cameras and camcorders, laptops and tablets, air horns, bags/suitcases (over 40cm x 35cm x 19cm), laser pens, banners (over 2m or of an offensive nature), aerosols.
Spurs respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
To report an incident at St Mary’s, please notify the nearest steward or text ‘SFCReport’ to 60060 with a description and location of the incident as soon as possible.
Ticket Office
The away turnstiles and ticket office are now located on the South Side of the stadium between the Chapel and Kingsland stands.
Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.
Flags and banners
There is only a limited amount of space to display banners/flags within St Mary’s Stadium. Flags/banners above 2 metres square will not be accepted unless they have a valid fire safety certificate. Banners larger than 3 metres square have to be pre-arranged with the Safety Officer and may be refused.
Flags and banners must not obstruct the view of others, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard. They also must not display any abusive or threatening words, images or political statements.
Please contact Southampton’s Supporter Services team with any enquiries via supporterservices@saintsfc.co.uk.
Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
