According to an exclusive report from GIVEMESPORT, Tottenham are planning to reinforce their backline owing to Cristian Romero’s recent injury. His injury has left a gaping hole and the club wants to fill it by signing a centre-back next month.

The aforementioned report adds Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ko Itakura is one of the centre-back options on the shortlist.

Ko Itakura has not missed a single minute of Bundesliga action this season, starting all 13 games for Borussia Monchengladbach. He has been a rock at the back, delivering impressive performances although Gladbach haven’t been at their best and lie 11th in the Bundesliga table.
