Marc Guiu and Renato Veiga helped the Blues keep their perfect record in the Uefa Conference League as Enzo Maresca's side beat Astana 3-1 in Almaty on Thursday.
In ice-cold climes, the Chelsea manager shuffled the pack and saw rotation quickly pay dividends when Guiu found the back of the net within 14 minutes.
The former Barcelona youngster helped the side double the score four minutes later, with Veiga striking just before 40 minutes.
Marin Tomasov could only pull one back for the hosts before half-time, but the Kazakh side were outclassed by a team with their sights set on automatic qualification.
