Exciting times are on the horizon for Everton, with plenty going on away from the pitch for the fans to look forward to.
It has been over a week now since Everton were in action, with Storm Darragh postponing the Merseyside Derby on the weekend.
The game was set to be the final derby held at Goodison Park with bragging rights on the line for both sides.
Jamie Carragher is excited for the new Everton stadium with plenty of positives to come from it for the city of Liverpool.
It is now just a matter of months before the Toffees make the move to Bramley-Moore Dock and leave behind a huge part of their history.
Ahead of the move, James Tarkowski has paid a visit to the new ground as it enters the final stages of its construction.

What James Tarkowski loved about the new Everton stadium
With the takeover set to be completed over the coming weeks, The Friedkin Group are planning further development on the Bramley-Moore site.
But even as it is, the new stadium is going to offer Everton with a huge upgrade on Goodison with a state-of-the-art facility.

Tarkowski paid a visit to the new ground and admitted he loved how close the fans – particularly the away fans – were to the pitch.
“Incredible! Class isn’t it,” Tarkowski said to Ryan Hall after entering the stadium bowl.
“Look at that, man! Is this the away fans, here? I quite like it when the away fans are close. It means when I’m on the wind-up with someone on the pitch and the away fans give me a little, I can just look at them.
“It’s going to be so class when we get here. I know with the history of Goodison and all that, you have to appreciate it.”
Everton fans have been impressed by the new stadium with the main concourse a massive improvement on what Goodison offers.
But leaving the historic stadium behind is going to be a difficult moment for many.
Tarkowski says Everton fans have to bring Goodison atmosphere
It’s been suggested The Friedkin Group are only buying Everton because of the new stadium and the increase in revenue that is going to offer the club.
A number of Premier League sides are now looking to make a move away from their historic grounds into new stadia.
Tottenham Hotspur have been the biggest example of that and have been able to keep some character from White Hart Lane.
However, there will be questions as to whether the atmosphere has been retained from their old stadium.
Tarkowski has admitted Everton are going to need their fans to bring the atmosphere over from Goodison to Bramley-Moore Dock.
“It’s a corny cliché [to call fans the 12th man], but the most I’ve seen it is at Goodison Park, for sure. Taking the atmosphere and bringing it here is going to be super important,” he said.
