The departure of Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior is pushing for a potential transfer away from the club next month.
The Poland international signed for the Gunners from Spezia in January last year and he has gone on to make 51 appearances.
Kiwior has had multiple stand-out performances, but he has also been guilty of high-profile errors leading to few goals.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a return to Italy for some time and his agent plans to push through a move this winter.
Napoli are one of the clubs interested in landing Kiwior while Juventus and AC Milan are also exploring his situation too.
All three clubs are likely to propose loan deals. Napoli could include an obligation to buy based on certain conditions.
Arsenal were adamant that Kiwior was not leaving last summer and it is left to be seen whether they change their stance.
With both Gabriel and Riccardo Calafiori injured at the moment, it seems unlikely that Kiwior will be allowed to depart.
