Dejan Kulusevski urged his Tottenham team-mates to do 'a little bit more' to help the club get back to winning ways after they were held to a 1-1 draw at Rangers in the Europa League.

Half-time substitute Kulusevski struck in the 75th minute to earn Spurs a point at Ibrox, but they have tasted success only once in their last eight matches ahead of Sunday's trip to Southampton.

'I think Rangers played very well. We struggled a bit and in the end, 1-1, it is what it is. We didn't play good enough to win the game,' Kulusevski told TNT Sports.

'Rangers did a perfect game, with the stadium, it is a beautiful stadium, fans helping them a lot and we missed a little bit in the first half. Second half was a little bit better, but we move on to Sunday.

Kulusevski was one of a number of changes made by Ange Postecoglou in the second-half, inspiring the necessary fightback after Rangers drew first blood shortly after the break.

Of his introduction to the game, Kulusevski said that his manager had urged him to 'change something'.

'(Just) to make something happen,' he added. 'I succeeded once, but it was not enough today.'

The Sweden international was insistent on the importance of Tottenham turning around their lacklustre form of late, and became increasingly forthright in the interview after the final whistle.

'We've got to start winning games,' he continued. 'We haven't won in a couple of weeks, so it is time to win on Sunday.

'Everyone needs to do a little bit more than we're doing right now. Great support today from the fans, but as I said, we have to win on Sunday.'
